The city-owned company PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya assures that stock of rice in the capital is safe.

Suratman Suria Widjaya, Secretary of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, stated it could be seen from March 2018, the total stock of rice in Jakarta Cipinang Rice Market (PIBC) reached 43,358 tons.
"In details, on March 26, the stock of rice has increased up to 40,637 tons. Then its stock has increased again up to 3,211 tons. So the total is about 43,358 tons of rice," he expressed, Wednesday (3/28).
PT. FSTJ Continues to Control City Rice StockBesides that, the outgoing rice is 3,701 tons. Regarding addition of rice stock, it is because of the harvest season.
"We will also maintain the stability of rice supply during Ramadan," he said.
